Sanvi's room

I love to see real homes. A little bit of clutter and lots and lots of love… The thought behind painting a kids room… the love… that reflects on those walls… mesmerises me!!

I’ve showcased the work of Nirja Desai before…. She blogs at I like kalaa… She helped a friend with baby Sanvi’s room. The mother wanted a nature theme…. So hence the tree…

The Monkey & Elmo were the Sanvi’s dads idea…

Don’t you think baby Sanvi would just love to grow up in this room.

Isn't the tree simply simply beautiful..

Do you have a room as beautiful as this one?? I'd love to see it... email me at torresp27@hotmail.com

  1. Oh, it is always a great experience to paint for kids rooms.. I had done a whole set of bread spreads on themes from the Jungle Book to Everything else..still preserving one pillow case with Balu the bear haha,
It is a wonderful job done by Nerja, congrats, Nerja!

  7. This reminded me of a mural that my oldest daughter did for her brother 12 years her junior. He loved it for many years and it broke my heart when she came back with another idea and painted over it. Great Job.

  8. I am Saanvi's dad - and the room really has BRIGHTENED up the room in so many ways. Officially has become the family's favorite room.

We are eternally grateful for Nirjas talent and gift for our lil' baby.

    Much love!
